Directions: Write three Haiku poems on nature. They must be done on computer paper and either typed or written in pen.
Haiku poems are a form of Japaneese poetry that follows a specific pattern. The pattern is that the first line is 5 syllables, the second line is seven syllables and the third line is 5 syllables.
Example:
As the wind does blow (5 syllables)
Across the trees, I see the (7 syllables)
Buds blooming in May (5 syllables
